Creating a TripCards advertising campaign is as easy as four simple
steps: Design, Addressing, Scheduling, and Ordering. With flexibility
to meet your business needs and an interface that is easy to use,
the entire design to delivery process will fit your needs with minimal
effort.

Whether you have your own photographs, want to choose from
our thousands of print quality travel pictures, or prefer
to work with our creative, artistic design team, your postcard
can evoke inspiration, awe, and desire. On the backside of
the card, you can incorporate full-color images, graphics, and logos
(even from one of your travel affiliates), and write the text
that promotes and engages the prospective customer. We have
an abundance of pre-built templates for your use or can accept your design
file. Our custom, postcard addressing program extends personalization
to the content of your card allowing you to speak directly
to your customer. If desired, any part of or your entire postcard
can be created with our design team's helpful expertise.

The addresses are either uploaded for each delivery set or
recalled from the private storage database available for each
customer account. TripCards provides advanced address management
tools, including usage tracking, duplicate removal, error
detection, and category assignment - all at no additional
charge.

Some orders need to be shipped right away. From order to shipping,
mailing can be as fast as next business day, at no extra charge.
Other orders are best scheduled for later, either pending an
event or waiting for a promotional timeframe to begin. |

You can prepare your card designs, delivery addresses, and
schedules ahead of time, then place an order and let TripCards
handle the rest. You can recall prior orders and associate
prior cards with new addresses. Or, you can make changes to
the prior designs and resend to the same set of addresses.
If you want extra copies for your inventory, an order can
be expanded beyond the number of addresses provided. The additional
postcards are produced without stamps or addresses and can
be delivered in a box directly to you.
